Here's what we hope to achieve with your help: GREATER ENGAGEMENT To gain more input and involvement by Sisters residents...So that we are more likely to find better and truly innovative ideas, solutions and opportunities; and so the efforts we undertake are authentic and impart a sense of ownership. NEW TOOLS & PROJECTS To identify tools, resources and opportunities for building civility, collaboration and engagement in Sisters Country...So we can work together very effectively as a community. QUANTITY + QUALITY OF DISCOURSE To inspire vigorous but also gracious opinion-sharing...So, as we gain broad input, we also increase our ability to find common ground on issues and we help ensure that residents feel increasingly comfortable participating in community-wide discussions. A HIGHLY CONNECTED CITIZENRY To raise awareness about the benefits of practicing civility. Because it's not just an end goal in itself. Rather, civility is a foundational value that prospers communities economically, socially and culturally...So, instead of being pulled apart by challenges, we are set apart—distinguished—by our distinctly unified sense of community spirit.
